Training & Support Solutions for Research Sites
GuideSite Consulting supports sponsored studies by designing and delivering protocol and psychological support training to session monitors and clinical research sites. We can support Industry, Investigator-Initiated, multi-site, or single-site trials. We first start with an assessment of client needs to tailor our services to fit the project scope.
Whether it’s single-service support, or a full-scope training project, our consultants have the intentional skills, knowledge, and expertise to assist. We specialize in foundational psychedelic training for sites and session monitors, sponsor-specific psychological support training development and delivery, LMS administration, adherence monitoring, and ongoing educational consultation — so sponsors and CROs can remain focused on oversight without building a training function from scratch.
Foundational Site Readiness
- Tailored site resources as needed.

- Site support for regulatory (e.g., DEA) readiness and authorization to conduct psychedelic trials.
LMS Administration
- End-to-end study LMS ownership.

- Regional bilingual consultants for non-US sites.
Continued Site Support
- Manual amendment and process update training as needed.
- Training and LMS named point of contact from 08:00 to 17:00 (in EST and UTC time zones).
Additionally, we may offer upon request: development and delivery of specialized training modules and/or delivery of a pre-recorded Holistic 3-Tiered Foundational Psychedelic Training Model for Sites New to Research.
